Excellent location, close to many cool locations, services, new gyms and the river trails. All services are nearby. The community itself is amazing, amenities are all well maintained. The staff are wonderful and always super helpful even in emergencies. Very safe. I truly felt like being at home and would highly recommend living at Lot24.

This might be a good thing, as it is less attractive to the 20-something college-age crowd that would tend to throw large noisy parties. It's a mostly quiet non-smoking, pet-friendly building, and the management, maintenance, and concierge services are all friendly and responsive.
