February 28, 2023The best thing about my past 3 years in pittsburgh is living at Lot24. Excellent location, close to many cool locations, services, new gyms and the river trails. All services are nearby. The community itself is amazing, amenities are all well maintained. The staff are wonderful and always super helpful even in emergencies. Very safe. Good, quiet place to live.
November 17, 2020The amenities are less then other complexes in this area. This might be a good thing, as it is less attractive to the 20-something college-age crowd that would tend to throw large noisy parties. It's a mostly quiet non-smoking, pet-friendly building, and the management, maintenance, and concierge services are all friendly and responsive.Review from Apartments.com
