Very poor management

I would love to give a review of my experience living at this complex, however it appears that this is impossible. I tried for over a week to reach the property manager about a listing. I called multiple times, all but one of which I was either hung up on or sent straight to voicemail. The one time I managed to get in touch with the property manager she actually called me back(over a week after my first attempt to get in contact with her), where she informed me that the listing was no longer ...
available. She asked if she could call me back to give me more information about upcoming availability. She never did. I was never overbearing or rude. In fact I was as kind and patient as possible. After all, she was offering a very cheap and well located apartment.
The office hours are incorrect as well. When reaching the voicemail I was informed that office staff were available from 9 AM to 6 PM Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with an hour and a half lunch break between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM. The one time she did call me back she informed me that she was on lunch break... at almost 2:00 PM. Just in case she sees this review and changes the hours to be more accurate to what hours she actually operates, the apartments.com listing stated the office was open 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.
Please, if you are looking at a listing for this place that seems too good to be true, it is. Take it from someone who has lived in places with extremely poor property management: Even haven not gotten further than an "I'll call you back" which never happened, it's extremely easy to tell that this place is not worth the trouble. The property manager is absolutely terrible! Spring the extra cost if you can afford it and get an apartment that you're not going to regret signing the lease for!
