My boyfriend and I moved into LTD in Aug 2025 and we are loving it so far! The units are super spacious, with big closets and bathrooms. Everyone who works at this community is so kind and helpful! Everytime I put in a maintence request the team completes the task so fast. Overall we love it here and would recommend living at LTD to anyone moving to the Pittsburgh area!

I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex. The 2-bedroom apartments are spacious, bright, and airy, with a fantastic open floor plan. Living at Ltd. Findlay has been a perfect start to living on my own post college. I love that the apartment doors are enclosed and in order to enter your building, you need your own code and cannot access another building. I love that everything is basically accessible and management is not needed for access to the pool or the gym. I appreciate all of the appliances being updated and stainless steel. I think more than anything I love that the washer and dryer is in unit.
