Super slimy company.
July 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comSuper slimy company. We lived in some of their apartments for 2 years. Paid all of our bills throughout quarantine, cleaned the place super well before moveout, and they've still set a debt collector on us for "cleaning funds" despite taking all of our deposit and us cleaning the unit. Further, the building manager at the time was also super slimy and reminded me of a used car salesman. Units were fairly trashy and not well kept.

October 13, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comAbsolutely the worst apartments and property management iv ever come accross! Iv lived in these apartments for 6 months and im disgusted! Its infested with mice which the manager does nothing about. Something breaks, dont count on them to fix it! And trying to actually get ahold of the corporate office/property management...forget about it, iv tried calling and leaving multiple messeges over about a 2 week spam with no answer and no returned calls. The neighbors are LOUD, and i was threatened by ...one of them. Stay away!Read More
