September 5, 2025Our move-in had some hiccups, but the leasing office was caring and listening to the situation. This is more directed towards the apartment complex management at Fairfield, as they did not upkeep and get our apartment move-in ready. The water running had a stench due to not getting rinsed out, and we had no working A/C in the unit, but a portable one they provided. When we toured, they had this problem, but it's been two months. Seems like they waited last minute to get it ready and it shows.Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2025Communication can be difficult with the place, parking is interesting, and construction is sloppy, but it’s not a horrible place to live. There’s a parking space on each floor, so you can walk in on same level as long as you get a spot first. Otherwise you have to pay to reserve a spotProperty Manager Responded
