May 1, 20256 months in and everything works - waiting for the summer to hit :D I have moved in at the end of October 2024, and so far everything works well. Maintenance is fast, front desk, especially Justice, are very friendly and help with package deliveries. The only minor concern was the much mentioned parking, but honestly, I do not think that is the management's fault, since the complex is just not built with enough spots. That said, I waited for the covered parking spot for only about a month and now ...happily paying for it and parking with the knowledge that the spot will always be there, so I have no complaints about it anymore. The apartment is also very spacious and cleverly designed with a big walk-in closet so I didn't need to bother with buying and moving in too much furniture to store my stuff which is just great.Property Manager Responded
