In the short amount of time that I have lived here, I have noticed something that could be improved. The trash room is unbearable by Sunday, it is covered in flies and the garbage and recycling are overflowing out of the bins. Unfortunate for those that live on the first floor and have to walk into the mess. Not the biggest deal ever but it would be nice to walk into a cleaner space.Property Manager Responded

The only recent work orders on file were for weather stripping and an appliance concern, both of which were completed promptly by our maintenance team.
