I’ve lived here for some time and unfortunately safety has become a major concern. There have been multiple occasions of random people walking through the property who clearly do not live here, people jumping fences, and several instances where police have been called to the complex. There have also been reports of cars being broken into. (Image as proof)

amount residents pay, there should be better security measures and stronger enforcement to keep the property safe for the people who actually live here.
I would strongly recommend future residents consider the safety concerns before signing a lease.
