Don’t move here
October 24, 2017I regret moving here...they have roaches, the building isn’t recently renovated, just a facelift to make it look nice. There are always leaks in the ceilings through the hallways, puddles of water and ceilings falling through due to the bad plumbing. The tenants are dirty...reeks of pee in the hallways since tenants let their dogs pee anywhere. Shopping carts throughout the hallways. Walls are very thin you can hear everything going on in the units next to you or even down the hall. They charge a ...monthly pet rent and ask for a deposit...most places just ask a deposit. September 8, 2016Manager fixes ur problems wen they feel like it. The pool hasn't been ready since March nobody has been in the pool this whole summer. Corsica Apartment
September 23, 2015This apartment complex is currently undergoing construction. It was bought out in January by new management and again in June. Everything is being remodeled and upgraded. I love living here, the management listens to all your issues and helps in a timely manner. The upgraded apartments look amazing, it is a slow process for the upgrade, but the apartment is really coming together. Very spacious patios on the 1st floor and average size patios on 2nd and 3rd floor. The pool is clean and well ...maintained. Management helps to keep people who don't belong out, so you won't have to worry about random people or kids taking over the pool without an adult or resident. All new appliances in every apartment and carpet only in the bedrooms with wood looking flooring through out. New cabinets in the kitchens and bathrooms. July 28, 2015Gated area. Pets are welcome with restrictions. Grounds are mostly quiet. Friendly neighbors. Large Pool area with Jacuzzi. Open air Patio by pool with 2 large BBQs. Children's playarea. Small dog area plus potty station. Fitness room. 2 Large laundry rooms. Elevator accessible. 1/2 bedroom cozy apartments balcony or small fenced patio. Air-conditioning, heating plus ceiling fans. Dog friendly
July 27, 2015I searched for months looking for a large dog friendly apartment. I found corsica. There are a lot of negative reviews because they keep changing management but I have been told this is the last one and they are hear for good. I haven't had any issues with the new management and every problem I have come to them with they have taken care of quickly. My dog loves the new dog area, my daughter loves the pool and playground, and I love what they have done to the gym.Review from Apartments.com
