From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making this a great place to call home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the community has a peaceful, upscale feel that makes coming home every day a pleasure. As a dog owner, one of my favorite things about Lullwater is how pet-friendly it is. There are plenty of green spaces for walks, and the layout of the property makes it ...easy to get outside and enjoy time with my pup. It's clear that pets are welcomed here, not just tolerated, which is something that we really love. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-designed, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the amenities are always clean and enjoyable to use. The location is another major plus! It is just a short walk to shopping, dining, and everything Columbus has to offer, while still feeling tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbors are friendly, and the community atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you're looking for an apartment community that combines comfort, convenience, and a genuinely pet-friendly environment, I can't recommend Lullwater highly enough. I had a top of cleaning materials ready to clean before bringing my things! However, it was not necessary! They had a welcome card and snacks on the countertop. They called a few days later to check on me. I received World Class Customer Service! Breanna is the sweetest! Hands down BEST experience ever with apartment living!
