If you have any type of handicap/ disability they will do whatever they can not to help you. They don’t care how misfortunate you are. It’s a gated community but the gates never work. Trash compactor has been broken down for months. Dumpsters at the other end of complex are always packed and overflowing with trash. When the sun goes down they’re overrun by rodents. Dog excrement covers all grass areas in complex. Don’t allow your children to play in the field. It is not a safe and clean ...

Regarding the concerns raised about the gates, and trash compactor. We are aware of these issues and are actively working to resolve them as quickly as possible. Our team is working diligently to address these challenges, including improving trash collection and addressing maintenance issues.
