    If you have any type of handicap/ disability they will do whatever they can not to help you. They don’t care how misfortunate you are. It’s a gated community but the gates never work. Trash compactor has been broken down for months. Dumpsters at the other end of complex are always packed and overflowing with trash. When the sun goes down they’re overrun by rodents. Dog excrement covers all grass areas in complex. Don’t allow your children to play in the field. It is not a safe and clean ...

    I have lived here for 2 years, the property has gone through some changes in that time, with new managers, and new apartments, being built, but those changes have been highly welcomed! The new management is excellent! They are making sure all items are addressed and really open to any concerns. They and my neighbors make my home feel like a real community! The location is great and I am excited to be moving into phase 2

  • Poor Management

    I lived there for 9 months , when moved inn place was dirty. Management dont care . Maintance staff cannot keep up with work requests. DONT MOVE HERE

  • They ignore your requests after leaving

    I left my apartment without any damages and they promised to send a check to get my deposit back. I have not got my money since July, 2020. They do not answer my emails.

  • Think again!

    If you’re thinking about moving here, think again. If you’re here now and want to break your lease because of how awful it is, won’t be able to. I’ve had 3 mice in my apartment within the past two months and their idea of fixing it is putting glue boards out and letting their pest control come spray bug spray in the apartment.     paying them and when. They tried to accuse me of not paying my water and then later apologized when they realized they were wrong . But only after arguing with me for about an hour. After complaining about some nasty tenants leaving trash outside their door and an animal getting into it , they felt the need to send out a mass letter about everyone in the building breaking their lease. Called to correct this and they said they just couldn’t figure out who was doing it so they sent it to everyone. How stupid. I then informed them if they would simply walk around the property like they’re supposed to , they’d see the trash stains covering the tenants walkway in front of their door. This management is horrible here. I’ve taken my post down once before because i felt bad, but now since they won’t let me out of my lease do to an infestation of mice, i think I’ll leave it up.

We strive daily to make sure our residents are happy where they have chosen to reside. With that being said, we have discussed the troubles you have brought to our attention and acted accordingly with confirmation from you that we had done so. We also talked with you last week when you discussed new troubles with us and came to a resolution, or at least I thought we had. I was taken aback to receive this review Friday evening after we discussed an agreed upon a resolution. Should we renegotiate? We are always open to doing so to ensure the satisfaction of our residents. Also, we do have and can provide documentation of the prompt responses to all of your maintenance issues should you like to have them for your records. It is our hope that we can continue to converse to come to an agreement that will make you happy.

  • the BEST apartments in Evans!!

    I've lived in a LOT of places! Lullwater is by far, the BEST apartment community I've ever lived in. The staff are friendly, fun and professional! My apartment is AMAZING and the clubhouse and amenities are fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend this community to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in Evans.

  • Great place away from town

    This is a great upscale complex in a great part of town. The area is still new and there is some construction and it is about a 15 minute drive to the main part of Evans and a 30 minute or so drive to the Augusta area. The pool area is top notch including two grills and sinks and fridge along with an outdoor fireplace and seating area. The clubhouse has a laundry room, tv room, internet cafe type area with 2 computers. The appliances are all great and the floors are nice and the layouts all make ...
