Very Disappointed
May 10, 2016I am very disappointed with the treatment from management at Village at The Foothills. When I first moved in everything was amazing! I referred so many people to these apartments and I was always raving about the excellent office team (Amanda and Heather) and how well kept the apartment community was. During my last few months here they have been under new management and it has not been the same. Heather the old manager was always quick to follow up, always called back when she said she was going ...to (EXTREMELY efficient and professional) , and work orders were always completed in a timely manner. Ever since there has been a new manager it has been a nightmare with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. From paying rent, to not getting calls back, to the office randomly being closed during business hours, rude comments, and making you feel not important....you name it. When it came time to renew my lease I knew that I did not want to deal with it anymore. I will be moving out at the end of this month and i cannot wait! When you move somewhere you want to know that you have a professional office team that you are dealing with. That is not the case here anymore so I do not recommend Village at the Foothills.Property Manager Responded

Village at the Foothills
October 12, 2015I really enjoy the two sinks in the kitchen and how large the bedroom. The only downside is that there is not much parking. you do get one covered parking but if you have two cars you have to park one far away. I also have great neighbors!Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2015Such a awesome place to live I love the fact it's pet friendly and they have no restrictions on pets size or breed, location is great near by major stores movie theater mall restaurant grocery stores gas station is only one block away Two awesome pools 24/7 fitness center personal coved parking option of purchasing additional reserved parking at a low price Community dog corral, zen garden if you need the time to relax go out read a book or spend time with your special someone, miniature ...putting for you golf Love also community garden feel like planting fresh veggies..Property Manager Responded

Village at the Foothills
July 30, 2015Great community, with recently renovated pool area and other great facilities. Prices of apartments are a little higher for the area, but once you see the apartment floor plans and the grounds they are in, you understand why. Well worth the little extra it costs comparatively.
