June 8, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for a year and a half. The management is the best I have ever experienced! The office staff and maintenance people are amazing. Everything is so clean, they even clean out the dryer vents and power wash the walkways often. It is safe well lit and night, and quiet! The pool and hot tub is like a resort pool. I love the coffee bar, try the Chai Tea Latte! I love living here!Property Manager Responded

Worst experience ever!
May 13, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comWe have lived in Boca for 4 years in the same development without issue. The experience from start to finish was professional and seamless. However, the experience we had with the leasing personnel here was absolutely horrendous! They are inexperienced, unprofessional, insulting and overall a poor representation of this property. I have reached out to upper management to discuss our experience. We have gone on to lease elsewhere and from start to finish our application and supporting ...documents were reviewed and approved in one day.
