May 5, 2026I don't like how the amenities were limited to office hours because that essentially makes them unusable for anyone who works 9-5 like myself. Also, when redoing the parking lots, we were not allowed to use covered parking when our section was being done even though the spots are always empty.Review from Apartments.com

April 28, 2026It's been fantastic living here, this is one of the best apartments I've lived in in 3 years. I started living here in October of 2025 and I have never felt more secure and comfortable. I'm able to walk my dog without feeling the need to look over my shoulder constantly and I can walk around and not worry. It's awesome being super close to the freeway, there's loads of shopping/grocery stores, and also plenty of food options just up the street.Property Manager Responded

March 1, 2026I have stayed at Lumen Apartments for two years. It is a nice quiet place to stay, and I feel safe at the Lumen community. The staff is very nice and helpful, and they are quick to address any issues I have. December 29, 2025I’ve had an overall poor experience living at lumen. Overpriced, issues with the office team, not feeling safe where i live, my vehicle was towed with no notice to me. Many issues that could pretty easily fixed with better communication and job knowledge.Property Manager Responded
