Lumen is an excellent place to consider if you're looking for quality, peacefulness, security, cleanliness and helpful management team and maintenance team. August 15, 2025We were coming from the East Coast. Lumen made the transition smoother. It was nice when we got here . Our package were ready for final decision and signature. Our keys were ready. The apartment was also very clean. We like that our fur babies are welcome. The bath station for the pets and EV chargers raised the bar very high on our decision to apply. July 13, 2025I've stayed at Lumen Apartments for over a year. The complex is kept clean and safe. I've had a good experience with the Luxer storage locker system for receiving packages. My apartments appliances are in good condition. The staff is nice and always helpful everytime I need something. The office hosts nice get together events with complimentary food and/or prizes.
