October 20, 2025Very Disappointing Experience. Would Not Recommend!! I've been living here for a while now, and I can’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The biggest issue is the lack of accountability. People here simply do not clean up after themselves or their pets and it's frustrating. The hallways are often dirty and the trash rooms are a nightmare. The one elevator per building is another major problem. It's always broken or dirty and is far from both ends of the apartment making it a hassle just ...to get in or out of the building. The worst part, though, is the constant smell. It’s always filled with the scent of weed and cooking food, which makes the entire community feel unpleasant. Don’t be fooled by the nicely decorated community areas- it's all just for show. Behind that, the overall experience here is far from what you'd expect for the price you're paying. I would highly advise looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2024The property is on a decline. Communication is poor. The staff acts like they are interested in your concerns however a follow up is only given once demanded. Buildings are not secure; the safety of residents are not put first here. It took an entire year for Lumen to open the Pet Spa. No notifications, no updates, just a paper sign on the door. Any events held by management are poorly organized. There is never enough food or supplies for residents. Police activity on property is never reported ...to the residents. The management and maintenance staff has changed without any notice to the residents.Property Manager Responded
