January 17, 2025Lumia was and has been billed as a "luxury apartment" community, but so far I would say it has fallen very short of this. The apartment community I moved from was on par with Lumia at this point, and the rent there was about 15% less. Not to mention the community itself was about 30 years old. I was hopeful about moving into Lumia, but so far I've been very disappointed with my choice and find myself questioning if I made the right decision 6 months ago...Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2024We moved from an owned home to a 3/2 rental at Lumia. It’s a transition to be sure, but we are really enjoying it so far. Construction is ongoing, but we can see the vision, and can’t wait for everything to be done! The apt itself is lovely. Location is amazing- right across from the metro (which our dtr uses to get to school daily) & Target- SO convenient! The fitness facility is open and great, and they have hot chocolate/coffee/chai in the lobby :). The management team is super nice and ...helpful, and we’re happy we moved here!Property Manager Responded
