Love it here
August 20, 2021I moved in April and I have to say the management team here was not the best. Since Chelsie has come on board that has all changed. The property itself is nice and pretty quiet. Chelsie has really made it even more enjoyable. She has taken time to get to know the residents, goes above and beyond if you need anything and you can tell loves what she does. She has implemented some great changes, little touches that just enhance the place. She is always easy to get a hold of and responds so quickly. ...She updates you the status on things if she cannot have it fixed asap and if at all possible will fix it herself. She sends out emails to inform us all on what is going on or things that need addressing; she is a true gem! I have lived in many apt complex and she is by far one of the best apt managers I have ever had. I hope the management company takes notice because the other managers they had previously before her, sucked to be honest. They were no where to be found and did the bare minimum if that. Chelsie has changed all that. Her presence alone has changed the energy of the place and everyone seems to be happier since she has come here. DO NOT RENT!
April 30, 2021My experience with arcos was wonderful until move out. During the last few months of my rent, they went through the process of changing managers. None of us were notified of this transition period, nor directed on where and how to contact management if necessary. When it came time to submit my 60 days notice to vacate, no one was to be found. I tried calling for weeks, but the phone line was disconnected. I went down in person at various times during the day when they had an open sign in the ...window and within stated hours; not a soul in sight. I even sent endless emails, messages, and reviews on the website hoping someone would be able to reach me. After searching high and low for contact info, I finally found the management company and was directed to an associate in arizona that was familiar with the complex. At that point I gave a 44 days notice and expressed my difficulty in reaching them prior. After moving out and returning my keys, they are now harassing me to pay another months rent. I’ve been nothing but cordial, a wonderful tenant, and my conversations with management have been appalling. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.Property Manager Responded
