Avoid if you value cleanliness and a competent management team
January 30, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived at Luna for about nine months, and my experience has been very mixed. The positives: There is ample parking for residents (though not guests). Maintenance issues inside the apartment are usually resolved quickly. Rent is reasonable, though inflated by unnecessary fees like “common area electricity.” Valet trash is mostly reliable, and the location is convenient—within walking distance to UPS, CVS, and Publix. The negatives: Many residents are inconsiderate. Trash is frequently left ...in the trash chute rooms instead of being properly disposed of. Weed smoking is common throughout the building, and management does nothing to address it. The package room is poorly organized, relying on delivery drivers to sort packages, which often leads to misplaced, missing, or stolen deliveries. Dog policies are rarely enforced. Tenants let dogs walk off leash and regularly leave dog waste throughout the property, including the dog park, hallways, and stairwells. Handicap parking is also abused—there are only four spaces, and at least one vehicle occupies one for weeks without moving. Security is a serious concern. There have been two car break-ins in the past month. The garage exit door has been stuck open for weeks, yet management hasn’t fixed it. The pool is often used by non-residents, and there are several homeless individuals sleeping around the property. Package theft remains a recurring issue. Management failure: The most troubling incident involved a missing package belonging to another resident. After reviewing camera footage, management saw me carrying a similar-looking package and contacted me, essentially accusing me of theft. I immediately provided proof that I had a package delivered that same day. Later that night, I was confronted in the garage by someone accusing me of stealing their package. Management had spoken my name loudly enough in their glass office that the resident overheard it. Being cornered at night over a false accusation was unacceptable. Despite repeatedly reporting issues, nothing changes. I had never been accused of theft before living here, and this incident was a complete failure of management.Read More
Not a safe place
July 1, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comAt this point it is unsafe to live here. The power has gone out in the building twice in 3 days. When the power goes out, none of the external doors work so if you are outside the building when the power goes out or you leave while the power is out, you can’t get back in. If you’re in the parking garage, you’re stuck there because you can neither drive your car out (garage doors won’t open) or walk into the building (doors won’t unlock). God forbid there’s an actual emergency where people need to ...get out or in but can’t. Aside from that, they gave me my apartment with red stains on the carpet after putting off showing me the apartment until, conveniently, there was no time to replace the carpet. There is no guest parking. If a guest visits for more than an hour, they have to pay or get booted. And to top it off, your windows might get busted out in the guest parking spot you paid for. I’m a pretty low maintenance tenant but this place is so bad I had to leave a review.Read More
Not safe!!!
November 28, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is unsafe. I live here and in the last two weeks my car has been broken into. They never fix the gate for the garage. More than two cars have actually been stolen. The manager told us to send documentation for compensation and damages but once we did they recanted the statement and said they aren’t liable. In need of Management Company attention
January 18, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comOnsite staff is friendly and generally helpful. Attention needs to be given to the things that are supposed to make this a unique and upscale living experience. Common area wi-fi is spotty at best. Common area TVs do not work when the leasing office is closed. Workspace printer does not work. Beer tap does not work and coffee bar is poorly stocked. Common area fireplaces do not work when leasing office is closed. Common areas have broken furniture. Outdoor areas (pool, cabanas, community room) ...need to be maintained. Trash rooms need to be painted and walls, floors, handles and shoots cleaned on a regular basis. Common areas and hallways need to be cleaned daily, there are some inconsiderate slobs living here. Access doors need to actually close completely. Common area lights all need to function. Elevators should have a color or numbering system for navigation. Mildew smell specifically in building one, floor 2 needs to be addressed. Unit air filters need to be changed regularly. Dog station poop bags/disposal cans need to be added and conveniently placed so they will be used. Security patrols need to be visible every night and morning. The recycling bin area complete mess needs to be fixed. And community events need to be reinstated.Read More
DO NOT LIVE HERE
January 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT MOVE HERE! Although this seems like a luxury apartment, it is anything but. We changed management 3 times living there and it got progressively worse each time. Your car WILL get broken into, even if it is behind the gate in the parking deck that they force you to pay monthly for. The hallways and parking lots are always filthy and the building always reeks of weed. There are so many problems I could address, but I want to tell you about the two biggest issues while living here. My ...husband and I got in 2 back to back car accidents in both cars and our cars were totaled. Because of this we lost are parking sticker on our windshield. When we asked for new ones they informed us it would be $300, after showing zero concern about our car accidents. When we asked if there was anything that could be done since our cars were completely totaled and we lost everything they say we "should have thought to pull the sticker off the windshield before leaving our car". I understand protocol, but the complete lack of empathy or understanding is astounding. The second and biggest concern is when we were woken up to federal agents raiding multiple units on our floor. To see 20-30 agents raiding the units directly next to where you live with guns, telling people to drop their weapon, and arresting multiple people is terrifying and horrific. I cannot adequately express the fear I felt that morning. When I very politely asked the leasing office if we would be learning about what happened, they again showed no concern that I was truly scared for my life that morning. An alternate to the NASTY attitude that was given could be "We are so sorry that you were scared, but unfortunately we cant discuss it at this time" instead of the manager acting confused what I was even talking about as if she didn't know, and then shutting down my concerns and telling me I had nothing to worry about. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not live here. They let anyone and everyone move in and it's clear you have no idea if you could be living next to someone dangerous, or in my case, living next to multiple dangerous people. Do not be fooled by the amenities and appearance of the building.Read More

The apartment is wonderful, and the amenities are fantastic! Steven is always kind, helpful, and an overall wonderful human being! Terrible response rate

We applied for a unit and had several questions / concerns, but it was like pulling teeth to get a timely response. They had our application for 3 weeks before they let us know if we were accepted (we were). We told them several times that we had a hard deadline, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. June 18, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe community is beautiful and we were so excited to live here! However, the communication and follow-up with the office staff was terrible. There was an issue with our lease letter that I sent an email on over 3 weeks ago that never got a response. We called in several times trying to get it resolved and no one returned our calls.
