We live in this apartment community and constantly deal with ceiling leaks. This is not a one-time issue — the leaks happen over and over again, in different rooms, and are never fully resolved.
You pay for a three-bedroom apartment, but in reality, due to ongoing leaks, you end up living in only one or two usable rooms each month. Ceilings are opened, drying equipment runs nonstop, there is a damp smell, and normal living becomes impossible. Our holidays were completely ruined because of this ...
situation, adding even more stress and disruption.
Management is extremely unprofessional. Responses are slow, there is no clear plan, repair timelines keep getting delayed, and the same issues keep coming back.
I will never return to this place and strongly advise others not to move here. If you want to avoid constant stress, damaged living space, and irresponsible management, stay away from these apartments.
