January 27, 2025Lease renewal process was disjointed, inconvenient and directly exposed us to unsolicited advertising The lease renewal process required us to sign documents online- but we were also required to physically go into the office to sign an additional document. All documents should be made available online. This was inconvenient and disjointed. Also, we were required to sign onto a pet app even though we have no pets. Because we were required to sign up for this app the app told us upfront that ...it would send our information to 3rd parties. There was no option to opt out. Therefore we were in essence forced to join the app that sold our information to 3rd parties that I am now being sent advertising information. I feel this process left us open to unwanted solicitation.Property Manager Responded

C Grade,Lots of potential but...
November 27, 2021Lots of potential but... The BUILDINGS: They seemed in good condition but when moving in we had to do a more thorough scrub down and in the following had to deal with an occasional roach, despite our twice a week cleaning habits. The walls are thin and depending on the neighbors is like living under a bowling alley. I wish curfew for noise was enforced/instituted. RESIDENTS: While a pet-friendly community is nice, I wish they would clean after their pets. Poop all over the residence and ...disheartening in the dog park. There are doggie bag stations all around so no real excuse in that department. I wish there were cameras to make people be more responsible The package situation is crazy I had issues ever since moving and a neighborhood resident also greeted/introduced me by mentioning it to me well. Apparently, there was a community page where residents could communicate with each other about misplaced packages and safety concerns when it was Bainbridge but Luna does not do that so a huge missed opportunity. People also drive way too fast and do not stop at the Stop signs, leaving next to a police dept. and common decency would think to prevail but no. Good luck enjoying the pool during the weekend, there are so many non-residents for parties and loud music that one feels alienated if you are not with them. I wish some sort of limit or rules would be imposed. STAFF/MANAGEMENT The Ladies at Luna are trying to be helpful. But when an issue arose from a third party (RentCafe) it totally screwed with our rent payment. The attitude from the Male head is basically a "one size fits all" non-caring, sorry if it is not your fault you are still going to be inconvenienced attitude, not the same human touch as one got when applying to be a resident. I reached out to Cushman & Wakefield but no response. The potential is here in the complex but management needs to step up and be a partner with the current residents and provide security and customer service, beyond the appreciated free breakfast sandwich once every month or so. I hope things improve so that there are more happy, safe, and loyal residents. That is why it is a 3/5 or a C grade. I hope this is helpful!Property Manager Responded

TERRIBLE Sound Proofing & Noise Transfer
March 9, 2021The apartments here are sound proofed terribly. You will hear everything through the ceilings/floors/side walls. The noise is relentless half of the time. I can hear neighbors talking casually through walls/floors, hear drawers and cabinets being shut, and music or shows that are being played. The noise is terrible. You should not be paying SO much money for this level of quality. Do not let the looks of this place deceive you into a lease.Property Manager Responded
