Disaster
December 27, 2025This has been a disaster since day one. Maintenance is horrible to say the least. Management will not answer any calls or respond to any emails stay away from this property. Again stay away from this property.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Place To Live!
December 5, 2025I moved into Lux Estate Apartments a few months ago and the experience has been disappointing from day one. The property looks promising online, but the reality is very different. Communication with the owner, Lurent, has been frustrating at best. Issues that should be simple to resolve get ignored or delayed, and there’s no sense of urgency or accountability. Maintenance requests sit for weeks. Basic concerns go unanswered. The level of care you’d expect from a place calling itself “Lux Estate” ...just isn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
