April 16, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in in February 2023. Since I have lived there, the ownership was taken over twice, the office people change constantly. Maintenance is a joke. They would not know how to fix something with a manual in front of them. The pipes are so old that they get clogged and the sewer backs up in the tubs and to them it is not a priority. Then they have the audacity to raise rent for nothing. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

December 5, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into Lux Estate Apartments a few months ago and the experience has been disappointing from day one. The property looks promising online, but the reality is very different. Communication with the owner, Lurent, has been frustrating at best. Issues that should be simple to resolve get ignored or delayed, and there’s no sense of urgency or accountability. Maintenance requests sit for weeks. Basic concerns go unanswered. The level of care you’d expect from a place calling itself “Lux Estate” ...just isn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed home.Read More
