December 12, 2025I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Luxe 1801, It's a beautiful community in a nice, quiet Alhambra, / Monterey Park, neighborhood, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. The apartments themselves are kept in great condition, and everything feels very well taken care of. The maintenance guy and property manager are on top of things and do an amazing job. Love my girl apartment
June 2, 2025I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Luxe Apartments! I’ve been in my one bedroom unit for about 5 months now and it’s been seamless. My application was approved within 24 hours and I was moved in within the week. I recently had my first maintenance request due to an issue with an outlet, and the maintenance man Noe addressed it within 48 hours. I’ve also interacted a fair amount with Charlie the building manager, and both he and Noe have been lovely and polite. The community is ...very clean, quiet and polite. Great community
May 15, 2025This apartment is professionally run. Coming from an apartment that was both poorly managed and poorly maintained, finding this place has been a blessing. Charlie is on top of everything. If a washing machine is broken, its fixed immediately. The pool and weightroom are cleaned regularly. I haven't seen one critter inside my apartment (coming from a roach infested environment) No complaints.Review from Apartments.com

Not worth the price
August 11, 2023I regret to say that my experience with this apartment fell far short of the initial impression conveyed by its photos. The reality was quite different, as the apartment featured cheap and malfunctioning appliances that greatly hindered daily functionality. Also, it was very noisy due to the thin walls and floors, making it challenging to find a peaceful moment. On a positive note, the parking area was nice with its covered and gated features. However, any positive aspects were overshadowed by ...adding unwarranted charges to my deposit after moving out, without providing any substantiating evidence.
