Replaced my bedroom fan The maintenance crew always gets to my request ASAP!!! And always calls to let you know what he did and if the job was done. Hands down the BEST maintenance crew I have ever had to deal with!!!!

Great Experience Since the tour to the signing of the lease to the moving in has been hands down the best experience I have EVER had with an apartment complex!!! Even the maintenance requests were taken care of efficiently and quickly! I would definitely recommend Luxe 360 to anyone look for a new home. I can’t say enough of what a great place this is. And the customer service is top tier!!!!

Awesome The maintenance guys are the nicest most reliable and attentive group I have ever met! Not only did they take care of my service requests, they called me to let me know what was done and fixed. What apartment complex does that!!! These guys are AMAZING!!!!
