Blindsided by charges
August 14, 2024I did not enjoy my stay at the Luxe and I feel that I am being treated unfairly by the management of this property. To start with, one of my neighbors had their car windows broken into. This is supposed to be a gated community however both gates only functioned about half of the time I lived here. Secondly I was paying close to 100$ per month in trash service and valet trash service only for the valet trash to not come for an entire week, regularly refuse to take my trash, and at one point tear ...my trash bag open while taking it, leaving glass throughout the hallway. Finally I'm being charged a cleaning fee $250 for supposedly professionally cleaning the apartment and carpet restoration and then I'm being charged again $190 for the replacement of that carpet.Property Manager Responded

very bad service
December 29, 2018very bad service can never repair or change anything on time, do not respect the needs of the tenants, grills never work, emergencies do not know what they are, when the air conditioning was damaged they gave me a portable one for 15 days, the garage door 3 months to repair it and now the oven does not work and they tell me that since it is not an emergency they can not repair it or change it immediatelyReview from Apartments.com

WOW!
June 19, 2016Wow! My husband, son and I arrived today at 4:12 to get information about community and look at model. The two leasing agents were at their desks and neither got up to approach us as we entered the clubhouse. We asked to get some information and see a model. One of the leasing agents stood and told us the model was already closed due to the light rain. WHAT? They did not close until 5:00. They were not busy with other residents or prospective residents, yet they could not show us the community? ...Again, WOW! The rain had actually subsided. I was in such shock. Here is a new community that is competing with many other new communities, yet I was asked to schedule an appointment for tomorrow when there was plenty of time for a tour. It was if we were not valued enough to even be considered. I wondered did they see my paid for car and decide we would not qualify? Craziness! When we left, they were pleasant enough. I guess they were excited we were leaving so maybe they could, too!
