December 23, 2025We love the building. Amenities are great, but the treadmills on the gym are not working properly. Previously it was only one that had issues, now it's both of them that aren't working. Also, some of the machines are not very well kept by the residents, and need to be updated. The water fountain needs new filters, and it was better when the sanitizer was in spray, and not in tissues (they dry out very fast). Elevators give issues as well too often that what they should. I really want to ...emphasize the treadmill issue. These are machines that every resident wants to use, and they attract residents to come. If these are not working, it creates a BIG inconvenience for everyone. It is concerning that both of them stop working at the same time, and for long periods of time. December 17, 2025I’ve had a very positive experience as a resident. The community is welcoming and well cared for, and communication with management has always been timely and helpful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. November 25, 2025Convenient location by Alewife Red Line and Fresh Pond Mall shops. Good for car-free living, with a Blue Bike facility and bicycle parking. Not enough light in the main living space, but bedroom has large windows with ample light. Rent increases have typically been 5-6% for 13-15 month leases, and up to 26% for 12-month lease renewals. Starry internet is reliable most of the time. Maintenance is very responsive, which is appreciated. Overall, 4/5 for convenient car-free lifestyle, but natural ...light in your unit may be a drawback, expect annual rent increases.Property Manager Responded
