    We love the building. Amenities are great, but the treadmills on the gym are not working properly. Previously it was only one that had issues, now it's both of them that aren't working. Also, some of the machines are not very well kept by the residents, and need to be updated. The water fountain needs new filters, and it was better when the sanitizer was in spray, and not in tissues (they dry out very fast). Elevators give issues as well too often that what they should. I really want to ...
    emphasize the treadmill issue. These are machines that every resident wants to use, and they attract residents to come. If these are not working, it creates a BIG inconvenience for everyone. It is concerning that both of them stop working at the same time, and for long periods of time. We are paying a lot in rent, this is supposed to be a high-end building to have these machines out of service. I even consider that the gym needs an extra treadmill, even at the expense of any other cardio machine

    I’ve had a very positive experience as a resident. The community is welcoming and well cared for, and communication with management has always been timely and helpful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. However, there have been frequent fire alarms, and I hope this issue can be addressed moving forward.

    Convenient location by Alewife Red Line and Fresh Pond Mall shops. Good for car-free living, with a Blue Bike facility and bicycle parking. Not enough light in the main living space, but bedroom has large windows with ample light. Rent increases have typically been 5-6% for 13-15 month leases, and up to 26% for 12-month lease renewals. Starry internet is reliable most of the time. Maintenance is very responsive, which is appreciated. Overall, 4/5 for convenient car-free lifestyle, but natural ...

    Solid maintenance staff. Very very quirky community. Can be noisy at times. Great proximity to the T and restaurants. Snow is cleaned very quickly.

    The apartment is great! Clean and modern interior, clean public restroom, and in unit laundry. However, there's no "press to open the door" access, which makes the apartment less accessible.

    I just moved in, but the experience has been great. The leasing team is responsive and help find solutions for any problems you may have. The maitenance team has been quick to respond to maitenance requests. Overall, the community is well-kept and quiet. I have enjoyed living here thus far.
