April 24, 2025We are very happy at Luxe. There are so many floor plan options to choose from. Our townhome is really beautiful. We love the decor, the color scheme and the layout. And we were so happy that these townhomes include basements. Also, it was very clean when we moved in. The Property Managers (Kim and Tracey) and Maintenance Staff (Caleb) are all so nice and really very friendly. And they are quick to respond to maintenance requests. We like the 24 hour option for the fitness center and we were so ...happy to see they have a playground for our grandchildren. We enjoyed meeting neighbors at the Winter Holiday Party and are looking forward to the Summer Party with a pizza truck and a band.
