May 8, 2025pretty good experience living here. maintenance is very sweet, comes pretty quickly. only problem is the plumbing and ac doesn’t really work. my ac’s been broken for a while, the dryer doesn’t work eitherProperty Manager Responded

The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns promptly and with a smile. Having utilities included is a fantastic bonus, making budgeting so much easier. I especially appreciate the well-maintained pool and fitness center – it's like having a little resort right outside my door! The location is also a major plus, offering easy access to [mention a ...specific local attraction or benefit, e.g., downtown, major highways, great restaurants]. My apartment itself is bright and spacious, and any minor maintenance requests I've had were handled quickly and efficiently. May 1, 2025Living at the Oasis Apartments at 6023 UTSA Blvd has been a pretty good experience overall. It’s super close to campus, which makes getting to class easy, and that’s probably my favorite part. The apartments are furnished, which saved me a lot of time and money when I moved in. The gym and pool are nice to have, and I’ve used the study rooms a few times when I needed a quiet place outside my apartment. The staff has been pretty helpful when I’ve needed something, and maintenance usually gets ...things done without too much delay. Rent is fair for the location and what’s included. If you’re a UTSA student Oasis is definitely worth considering. I’d recommend checking it out.Property Manager Responded

This place is a dump
January 7, 2025Living at Oasis at UTSA has been an absolute nightmare. They advertise this place as "luxury living," but it’s anything but. Here are some of the biggest issues I’ve faced: -Maintenance Issues: When I moved in, it took over two weeks to fix basic problems in my unit because they only had one maintenance worker. The rest had quit, leaving residents to fend for themselves. -False Advertising: They claim this place is "luxury," but it’s a complete dump. The units are poorly maintained, and the ...property as a whole is neglected. -Squatter Problem: There were literal squatters living across from my unit, leaving trash and laundry piled up near the stairwell and stealing furniture. It wasn’t until they stole something from the office that they were finally kicked out. -No Security: The gates are broken, there’s no security presence, and car break-ins are a constant issue. Residents are left completely vulnerable. -Mold and Health Hazards: Mold is a recurring problem, and management seems to turn a blind eye, leaving residents to deal with the unsafe conditions. -Incompetent Management: The management team is dismissive, unresponsive, and incapable of running this place. They create more problems than they solve. If you’re thinking about living here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are MILES better apartments like Hill Country Place or Avalon that not only are safe but a much better apartment experience entirely.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
