looks cute but absolutely horrid
July 17, 2023things will be broken like the gate to the garage and management will know and not notify the residents. we pay 100- 125 a month for private parking and have had people steal and crash car because the gate is broken. the pool cost 10 a day for guest even though we pay a recently increased amenity fee, there are only 20 guest parking spots for the whole complex. and lastly THE OFFICE STAFF IS HORRID!Review from Apartments.com

Second time I had to call them because they did not call, & when I got in contact with someone they didn’t have anyone available for a tour. The best apartment decision you will ever make
November 2, 2020The Lync Apartment is one of the best apartments to live in the DMV area. It is centrally located with easy access to the metro, mall, grocery stores which are just minutes walk away. Amenities are amazing, the management and staff have top notch customer service skills, ready to answer any questions. The maintenance crew is very responsive and resolve any issue within 24 hours. Moving here has been the best accommodation decision I have made and would recommend this place to anyone in search of ...a new place or if tired of their current place and need a change.Property Manager Responded

Don't move here unless the fix the guest parking situation
December 12, 2019The city of Hyattsville has ruined living over here for me. It's a beautiful community and the staff is friendly and responsive. However, in the middle of the winter, the city of Hyattsville decided to turn street parking into bike lanes. Like people are biking in Hyattsville in November. Now, there are 18 guest spaces for over 320 units and they ticket and tow. Your guests have literally nowhere to park. Hard to have luxury apartments when there's no parking. While the Lync was not directly ...responsible for this change, it severely impacts anyone living here and Grady Management (the parent company) has done nothing with the hundreds of open spaces in the garage. I'd be happy to pay to park and have them tow anyone who doesn't have a resident sticker or who hasn't paid. Don't live here if the parking situation hasn't been fixed.Property Manager Responded
