October 11, 2025Nothing is maintained, the Gym, Recreation room or your apartment. If you text the office with a problem in your apartment it is ignored. If you go into the office, the office mgr is irritated, and shows no interest in fixing the problem in the apartment. Now this not petty things, major things, big things that are wear and tear items. Amazing place to live
March 20, 2022I have moved in last week and it has been great so far. Ample space, spacious rooms, and this furnished apartment have all the furniture and basic stuff I required. These apartments offer the best amenities and I love the game room, pool, and gym. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
February 24, 2020I left this place due to the poor appliances and the over priced rent. Management is okay but they have favorites. The carpets are disgusting. Don't waste your money here people. There are so many better places out there.Property Manager Responded
March 17, 2020I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied, we do our very best to accommodate all of our residents. I am not sure what was wrong with your appliances, but I wish you would have expressed any issues so our maintenance team could have addressed it promptly. Our on-site management and maintenance team is awesome, and as you can see from our other reviews, our residents are very pleased with how quickly and how well their needs are met. We would certainly never rent and apartment with carpet in "disgusting" condition, so I am assuming you occupied your unit for a while and the carpet endured some wear over time? We replace/update the flooring/carpet in the units when necessary. So I apologize that you no longer enjoyed your flooring, but again, we could have addressed this concern had we been notified. We do value feedback for continued improvement, and we hope you have found a place you are happy to call home.
