Our complex is family built, owned and operated since 1995, so we take pride in making our property your home. You get friendly, prompt, personal attention. All units are main level entry and most have 2 covered parking spaces. We provide a stove, refrigerator, and hookup for your washer and dryer. Our leases are for 12 months, and then month to month thereafter. Some of our tenants have stayed 5 to 10 years because they feel safe and at home living at Lynn Haven. I’ve lived here almost 4 years. Great Landlord. A very quiet neighborhood. The Landlord, is always on spot if you have any concerns. My family and friends on their first visit let me know how nice the apartment was, and quiet when they visited.

I have lived in Lynn Haven for almost 3 years. It is a very quiet, peaceful area and all the neighbors lookout for each other. Whenever I've had an issue with maintenance of some sort, it was always looked at and fixed within a couple of days. With that being said the maintenance stuff is usual things that would occur at any place that you live. Also, these apartments are very clean! No bugs or other critters! I give this place a 5-star and above.

My daughter lived in these apartments from June 2019 - October 2020. She felt very safe and had a great neighbor! We stayed with her several times visiting from Indiana. The neighborhood is quiet. Terri is a wonderful landlord, friendly and so easy to work with. She is easy to get a hold of and always responds quickly with any issues or questions.

The apartments are well taken care of. The landlord is very nice. She is always fast to fix anything that goes wrong. The neighbors are quiet and nice. The area itself is safe and close to Jasper, as well as 2 gas stations and a dollar general nearby. The apartments are pretty big for the price, still feeling spacious even once you pack it full or furniture. Rent payment is flexible, allowing money orders or PayPal payments. Overall, this place is great and I haven’t had any problems here ...
