COMPLETE SCAM
July 18, 2017I would award this place ZERO stars if I could. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with ANYONE in the office however they NEVER answer their phones or return messages. I applied for a apartment knowing full well I qualified according to their qualifications and was turned down by the apartment complex while my application was STILL IN PROCESS WITH THEIR SCREENING COMPANY. My application fee was stolen. This complex is a COMPLETE SCAM. Only interested in taking your application fee ...knowing they will deny you for a apartment. May 30, 2017I've lived here for the past 11 months now and love it. My apartment is has been renovated and I love the large living area and the laundry is very spacious. When I got moved in had a hard time trying to connect my dryer however the girls in the front office saved me and assisted me with getting it connected. Since I've been here they have put in new grills, swings, tables and a new gym ( which has wifi) that was a bonus and they owners had mail box covers installed for the residents. The ...leasing off is extremely busy and always out on the property but they do take the time out to listen to the residents and the parties for us are great. If your looking for nice quite place near everything this is the place. Ask for Brittany the manager she is funny and very helpful. Nice Place Now that it has New Management
October 1, 2016Lynn Haven Cove is a nice place to live now that they have new management. My husband lived there 3 years, and we lived there together for a little more than a year. Before the new management team came in, the place was awful. Now that they have a new team the laundry facilities are renovated, clean and has New flooring. My husband and I were just starting out and would have stayed but we are expanding our family and needed more space. The renovations that have been and are currently being made ...are great and a drastic improvement from the last place. There are new modern looking engineered/vinyl wood floors which are durable and hygienic especially for kids and people with allergies. They updated the appliances and paint to bring it up to date. They also have a convenient way to pay online. They try and get maintenance request done but as they are working to fix the place up, it may take a few days though they will work to do emergency maintenance as soon as possible. I would recommend Lynn Haven Cove to anyone looking for something updated, inexpensive and safe. It is also extremely conveniently located near a Publix, Wal-Mart and Win-Dixie as well as several restaurants and a nice sushi place about a 2 minute drive away. Keep Looking!
September 4, 2016I have lived in the Lynn Haven cove for a month and I am already moving out. It is a terrible place to live, there is no insulation so your apartment will be 80 degrees during the summer months and your electric bill will make you cringe. There is no maintance whatsoever, so nothing will ever get done. The office is well aware of the issues with the AC units in the apartments but still refuse to do anything about them. The office is as well is filled with a group of highly incompetent workers, ...who are extremely unhelpful and quit frankly rude. And to top off the joy of living at the Lynn Haven Cove you will become infested with bed bugs and make friends with some roaches. Horrible tenant service
July 17, 2016My daughter moved into her apartment in May. Management promised to fix the front door and have yet to do it. The tub has a bondo patch, Completely unsanitary! The AC vents look as they have not been cleaned it 15 years. AC only works in the Bedroom.The living/dining/kitchen have been over 100 degrees hot since June and a store bought fan does not help! And let's not forget the laundry room is a sauna.The power bill for May was $89.00 and the power bill for June is $241.00. There is a serious ant ...problem. April 28, 2016I have lived here for 1 6 months. I love all the improvements; Pet stations, stationary porch swings, presently building Gym room and overhang covering over mailbox stations, lighting, landscaping and the management her are professionals. looking for a better place
July 26, 2015Hey how are yo today :-) I live in Lynnvillige it's got to be the worse complex I've been in . we have no maintenance here so getting something fixed is basically impossible.. no insulation!! so during the summer months the electric bill is ridiculous. the management has let the complex go by just letting anyone to live here. there are police and fire trucks in the complex on a regular basis..I will not give this place a thumbs up..Review from Apartments.com
