They do not have washer dryer in unit even though the ad says so. Overall the property is decent and peaceful and huge. But i felt like the person who showed me the property didn’t actually want me there. Felt a bit rude. A friendlier approach would have made me apply! Its an ungated society and they are not responsible for the vehicles ( i asked about it since i saw reviews regarding car damages) . Apartment i saw was decent, but the add ons to the rent everymonth including water, electric and ...
other fees would really make the total to be around the same range where u can find apartments with better amenities!
