Not worth it
March 5, 2026Parking is a constant issue. Little to no availability near your own building. The amenities hours have also been inconsistent, (now closing at 6 pm) which is disappointing given how they were originally presented. Inside the unit, we’ve had repeated maintenance issues (closet doors, cabinets, bedroom door, dishwasher, A/C). For a newer apartment, this is notably from poor build quality. There has been an ongoing silverfish problem regardless of pest control assistance. Very little sound ...insulation, can hear neighbors regularly. Per the lease, vehicles can be towed for issues such as a flat tire; however, my vehicle was towed even though the tire was not flat, and there was no communication from the leasing office prior to the tow. Despite registering and receiving approval for my dog as an ESA, pet rent is still being charged, which is concerning given Fair Housing guidelines regarding assistance animals. The dog park poses safety concerns as there are several holes and large ants. Many of these concerns have been raised with management previously, but they have not been meaningfully resolved. Based on this experience, I will not be renewing my lease and would not recommmend this property to others.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Just let everyone know that if you are planning to move to this apartments DO NOT CHOOSE 1 2 or 3 floor because you can hear everything from the top floor and the management will not help you. July 21, 2025I’m not recommending this place to anyone , cheap built, no security cameras, people without handicap permits parking on handicapped spots, there is no way to contact security, EV chargers only 3 out of 6 working, no recycling facilities have I mentioned I hate living here ?Property Manager Responded
August 4, 2025Thanks so much for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations. While we don’t have security cameras at the buildings, we do have security staff on-site to help. All EV chargers are up and running—any recent downtime was just brief maintenance by a third party. We also have a recycling bin by the trash compactor for everyone to use. Since our buildings are wood-framed, some noise is normal. Please remember that a valid handicap permit is needed for accessible parking, and feel free to report any issues to the office. We appreciate you helping us keep Lynwind a great community!

January 30, 2025Sure. Place isn't too bad. The fire alarm only mistakenly went off at 1:00 a.m. two times, although one was during the worst hurrican we have had in decades and the other was during 30° freezing temperatures. The gates were nice when they worked for the first 6 months, and only three cars have been broken into the last year here. The playground by the alligator pond is pretty cool though!! I'm obviously not intending for this review to be public, but I'm hoping some of these things can be fixed ...going forward.Property Manager Responded
