September 8, 2023This apartment looks really beautiful, has some nice amenities, and is a good location. However, the management at this place destroys any hope the property would have of being a good place to live. They're absolutely unresponsive about any issue you may have unless you make an IMMENSE fuss about it. The parking situation is horrid. They don't have enough parking for the residents to have a spot, you also can never have guests over because there are only 4 guests spots (which are regularly taken ...by residents because there's not enough spots for them) in the whole lot. If your guests are unlucky enough to not be in one of those spots they will be towed without a doubt. The only thing they want is your money and do not care for any of their residents and well-being as long as they get their money on time.Property Manager Responded

June 7, 2023I live in Lyra apartment building since May31 2020. We were very happy finding the best place to live finely. First and half second year everything was perfect. I can’t believe how bad it is right now. Garage and recycle not cleaning for few days in a row, periodically. Pool still not open and it’s no excuse for this, planters by our door are empty. Floor was dirty not just a once. Gym AC not working, it is very loud fan working by the door instead. People make lots of complaints on portal page, ...no response. People smoke in barbecue area, trash cans are full. Pride for rent was rasen . For what ? Coffee maker not working properly, no supplies for coffee, , I don’t know I can forgot about something else. When we tried calling in office, I got answer very seldom. I don’t know what other people think about service, I think it is not luxury anymore and looks like one star hotel. It’s just my opinion, somebody very happy here maybe? And one more thing, I am know that for sure, what pool will be closed on Labor Day weekend, and it is no matter when it’s will be open. I hope association management will be able to help us with all this things. Live here now is very disappointing. Maybe can somebody take care about all of this, please. Okay
November 29, 2022Didn’t renew our lease due to pricing, but it was much more than that. Didn’t really feel like home to us. There were times when people would break into the apartments and steal cars or things in cars down in the “secured” underground lot (which was $80+). The management was very nice, but unfortunately just didn’t want to be our home in the long run. Just too many issues with the elevators, coffee machines, amenities breaking, unfriendly neighbors, etc.Property Manager Responded

Keeping looking elsewhere…
August 23, 2021Been here less than a month, and regret it. The building is beautiful and well maintained…but the management staff is running this place into the ground. They also don’t response to your service request for repairs on your unit. Been waiting week for a repair to be made in my unit. They charge way too much to live here with the management staff you have to deal with.Review from Apartments.com
