I actually moved here from Renata Apartments when the management team transferred over — they were such an amazing group of people that when they left, I followed. And if you click on my profile, you’ll see I had nothing but great things to say about them back when I lived there, too. That alone should tell you how much I trust and appreciate them. At some point, I realized you can’t always go off what everyone else says — sometimes you just have to trust your gut. I’m so glad I did. I’ve been here for two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’m planning to renew again because it truly feels like home. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it’s handled within 24–48 hours, which makes such a difference. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the front office team is incredible. They work so hard and genuinely care about the residents. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows. Horrible Disrespectful Office Staff
February 28, 2023They put on a facade to get you to live there. They do not return your deposit. And laugh in your face. The walls are thin, could not sleep for a week due to neighbors being loud and I complained plenty of times about it and nothing gets done. Had my mail stolen, mail boxes were broken into. I love this place
November 10, 2020I wanted to thank the new staff at Bella Madera. GVA did a great job on hiring Nikki, Marie, and Fernando. Nikki has always helped me when I had any issues. She is a great property manager. Marie is awesome. Every time I call for any concerns, she will find a solution quickly and offer additional help. Fernando, well, he is a great handyman. I work for a company that repairs homes. Fernando is just a great asset to Bella Madera because he is very knowledgable when it comes to HVAC, electrical, ...plumbing, etc. I request him every time I need to submit a work order. Also, Belle Madera does an amazing job on getting all the work order in a timely manner. Especially during COVID, they took they all measures necessary to complete their work orders while keeping my family safe. I am so happy that this team are working hard together because it I know I will never have a problem as a tenant. Abussive office staff
June 4, 2018Don't live here. Nasty and irresponsible staff Don't fall for location and looks Noise is intolerable Walls thin. You can hear neighbors all night long. Cannot sleep at night. You'll be indirectly forced to move out. Gate breaks down often. Cars get broken into and tires get slit. My tires were brand new from Costco, Mitchellib radial tires. The threads were great but many slits on the tires. Since it was vandalism Costco did not accept terms of contract even though it was covered for 50000 ...miles. The office does not screen the tenants. They have too many vacant apts and are desperate to rent to keep their job. May 30, 2018Don't live here. Appears clean outside but dirty place. Leasing staff don't like complaints .they are there just for paycheck. Few tenants they like receive favors. Do not rent from these people!
October 6, 2015I am a former resident. I do not know how to tell prospective tenants and current residents either to not rent from these people or hurry up and get out of your lease. The apartment complex is nice, but the management is awful. Not too long ago, vandals visited the complex and slashed and/or smashed a total of 10 vehicle's tires and windows. The management did not inform the residents of this event. The management also does not care about there residents needs or wants. I placed 2 maintenance ...calls in the past 6 months and they never responded. They also will charge you a fee for everything.....and are money hungry. It's quite, clean, well-maintained, manicured grounds are pleasing to the eye. The amenities are many, the pool & bbq area, the fitness & tanning room & the dog park. Inside the apartments feature a sizeable kitchen with black appliances including a microwave & washer/dryer connections.
