And then life happened, my family grew, needs changed, and by November I realized we needed more space. I dreaded starting the whole moving process over, but The Lyria made it unbelievably smooth. On November 17, 2025, we upgraded to a 3-bedroom, and it honestly felt like an answered prayer. The transfer was seamless, the office team walked me through every step, and they made the transition feel effortless. Both apartments were beautiful, clean, and quiet. And when I say quiet. I mean peaceful. I can’t hear my neighbors at all. The hallways stay clean, the buildings stay spotless, and every resident and their pets! has been nothing but friendly. There’s just this calm energy here that’s hard to describe unless you’ve lived it. Maintenance? Incredible. Respectful. Fast. Never once did I feel like a burden when I needed something checked or fixed. And the office staff? They don’t just do their jobs they actually care. You can feel it in the way they listen, follow up, and treat every concern like it matters. As a single mom, that kind of support hits different. This place didn’t just give us a roof over our heads, it gave us breathing room, peace, and a sense of community I didn’t even know we were missing. Too many Bugs
July 10, 2025I have had ants and a gnat infestation starting from the second week I moved in, five months now dealing with it. I was told that I must have brought the ants in on my new sofa. It is new construction, when it rains the ants come in. The pool and health club are five star, but I have to give a 1 star because of all the issues. The staff responded promptly and efficiently to my minor concerns. Naturally, nothing is flawless. However, this establishment is quite near perfection.
