January 22, 2026I have had an incredible experience! I love the little resident events, and everyone has been so kind. I also appreciate how dog friendly the apartment complex is, and there are always plenty of dogs for my pup to play with at the nice dog park. Alicia specifically helped me out the most with getting my lease set up, and has been very kind and helpful through my entire move-in process! “As a Single Mom, I Finally Found a Place That Feels Like Home.
December 1, 2025When I first walked into The Lyria back in May, I was a single mom just trying to find a place that felt safe, peaceful, and stable for my girls and me. I had no idea I was walking into a community that would feel like home not just a place to live. I moved into my 2-bedroom on May 29th, and from day one, the staff treated us like more than just another lease. They were patient, kind, and genuinely happy to help. As someone juggling work, school, and motherhood, that meant everything. I remember ...thinking, Wow… apartments don’t usually feel like this. And then life happened, my family grew, needs changed, and by November I realized we needed more space. I dreaded starting the whole moving process over, but The Lyria made it unbelievably smooth. On November 17, 2025, we upgraded to a 3-bedroom, and it honestly felt like an answered prayer. The transfer was seamless, the office team walked me through every step, and they made the transition feel effortless. Both apartments were beautiful, clean, and quiet. And when I say quiet. I mean peaceful. I can’t hear my neighbors at all. The hallways stay clean, the buildings stay spotless, and every resident and their pets! has been nothing but friendly. There’s just this calm energy here that’s hard to describe unless you’ve lived it. Maintenance? Incredible. Respectful. Fast. Never once did I feel like a burden when I needed something checked or fixed. And the office staff? They don’t just do their jobs they actually care. You can feel it in the way they listen, follow up, and treat every concern like it matters. As a single mom, that kind of support hits different. This place didn’t just give us a roof over our heads, it gave us breathing room, peace, and a sense of community I didn’t even know we were missing. Too many Bugs
July 10, 2025I have had ants and a gnat infestation starting from the second week I moved in, five months now dealing with it. I was told that I must have brought the ants in on my new sofa. It is new construction, when it rains the ants come in. The pool and health club are five star, but I have to give a 1 star because of all the issues.
