October 31, 2025I’ve been living at Lyric at the Merc for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a good experience. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages — close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, which makes daily errands and weekend plans really convenient. The apartments themselves are modern, with nice finishes and plenty of natural light. Maintenance usually responds quickly when requests are made, and the common areas are generally well kept.Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2025The community offers pleasant amenities. Been here for about a year and haven’t built the dog wash station and just put a hose in just a few weeks ago. The walls are relatively thin, and sound from upstairs neighbors or common areas can occasionally be heard. Additionally, while the majority of residents are considerate, there are instances where some do not pick up after their pets. Compared to surrounding apartments, this community provides a solid overall value. The amenities, upkeep, and ...general atmosphere are on par with than many nearby options for the price we pay.Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2025Have had an excellent experience here at Lyric at the Merc and will continue to enjoy my time staying here because we are renewing our lease. The only reason it is 4 stars, were cause of the little hiccups we had at the start. If I could rate it 4.5/5 I would, but I hope it'll reach 5 stars eventually! July 24, 2025everything in the apartment looks good overall. There are just a couple of items that are either broken or scratched, but nothing major. Also the amenities are greatReview from Apartments.com

July 10, 2025I just moved in on Jul 7th, and the accommodations are even better than I previously thought. The apartments themselves are amazing, the neighbors and people around us are very sweet, and the staff at the front office are eager to help any issue you have get solved. I'm very happy and excited to be living here.Review from Apartments.com
