December 17, 2018My experience has been rather exceptional here. Between the management, leasing staff and maintenance team I know I am in great hands. I moved in the beginning of June. To be completely honest there was a high possibility that there would not be an opening in my time frame due to the apartments being 100% occupied. I now see why they are. They truly take care of their tenants. Whatever question or anything we need concerning our apartment the staff are always willing to help without any ...hesitation and they get the job done fast! Their costumer service is impeccable! We have plenty opportunities for continued success within our entire household. The programs provided throughout this company are amazing. We have an onsite after school childcare program that is free, this has been such a lifesaver for my family you have no idea. Financial stability classes, health initiatives and programs. I even found out about the free tax preparation. Opportunities for affordable health care. My wife is really enjoying the free Zumba classes at the other properties under Foundation communities, by the way they have free childcare during that time too when i do not get off of work in time so she can leave. We have a variety of shopping areas, restaurants all within 10 mins from us. Very convenient for our little bunch. This company makes it manageable to live in Austin. Even if you think that they may be run down because they are affordable you need to think again! These apartments are very spacious, they look great inside and out! I had my doubts at first just like many of you who hear "affordable living" but I was wrong. To be honest my apartment looks better than a few of our friends. I am so proud to call this place my home. M Station has helped my family in more ways they can begin to imagine. August 14, 2015THE RENT IS GREAT AND THE LOCATION IS GOOD THE STAFF IS VERY NICE. ONLY COMPLAINTIS THAT ALOT OF THE PARENTS LET THERE KIDS RUN AROUND UNSUPERVISED THEY LOOK 5 SOME YOUNGER EVEN JUST ROAMING ABOUT BY THEMSELFS THIS IS VERY DUMB ON THE PARENTS PART.Review from Apartments.com
Apartments at M Station
August 16, 2015These apartments suck. Please don't rent here, most of the people are rude and loud and the management sucks. Not to mention ALL the bugs! unless you like june bugs, centipedes, and ROACHES, you will not like it here. I hate this place. The apartments are nice because they have been newly renovated but when you consider everything else its not worth it. I know that rent is cheap but I can guarantee you wont be happy here. Please at least try and look elsewhere, we were desperate to move to austin ...because me and my boyfriend needed in district tuition fast! But thats the only reason we picked this place! Oh and both our cars got broken into the first month we moved. I really hate this place, they stole my wallet and my boyfriends equipment for work! Management didn't do anything about it. They wont hire a security guard or install cameras, AND your only allowed 1 car per household!
