September 12, 2024I regret to say that my experience at this apartment complex has been overwhelmingly negative. Upon moving in, I was met with a myriad of issues including water damage, missing and damaged amenities, and a disturbing number of German cockroaches. Maintenance problems plagued our unit, with multiple toilet floods, a broken shower rendering it unusable for weeks upon moving in which CONTINUED to have issues throughout the year, and ongoing issues with appliances such as a noisy refrigerator. The ...laundry facilities were consistently dysfunctional, and parts of the complex are visibly deteriorating with makeshift fixes like wooden blocks propping up damaged structures. Additionally, the building management's availability is unpredictable, and communication is lacking. Even basic services like parcel delivery are mishandled, with unclear labeling causing unnecessary frustration. Considering the exorbitant cost of living here, I cannot in good conscience recommend this complex to anyone.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2024Great place to live. Nice people in the community so it's easy to make friends here, or just stay to yourself if that's what you like. Fairly trusting neighborhood, no issues with theft or vandalism which makes you feel very safe. Safe community for children, there are lots of families with little ones here. Apartments are located in a nice quiet and somewhat private cul-de-sac that mostly only residents use, this keeps away the noise and traffic of the rest of the town making it feel like a ...private little neighborhood away from the commotion of town even though you're right in the middle of all the conveniences.Property Manager Responded
