Nice facade but rotten underneath
January 9, 2022There are so many things wrong here. The staff can be so rude and dismissive at times. So many things are constantly broken and it's hard to get safe or like there is and sense of urgency when gates or doors are broken or vandalized. Worst Place Ever
December 24, 2021Management is the absolute worst and don’t think you can get any help from Corporate. They are unresponsive and don’t care. Car break ins, money stolen if you don’t pay with a credit card, rude staff, stolen packages. I can go on and on.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE
March 8, 2021The management here is utterly useless. If you do not have them give you something in writing, then they change their story every time you talk to them. They enforced parking pass rules where they gave you a tiny piece of paper (not a sticker), and if it does not stay visible they charge you 75 dollars a day. Also NEVER have your packages shipped here. They have no good system for handling packages so you can always expect your package to be stolen. I probably would not live here again. On top ...of that, the apartment complex adds extra fees during your time without asking for the residents. The trash has been consistently over filled to the point where we started to have rats in the parking lot. Also we had a bad cockroach issue, and they did nothing to help EVEN though we pay a PEST fee. We had to hire our own exterminators.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 11, 2017Good apartment, not good management. Only one washer worked in the community washroom for 4 months, and they did nothing to fix it. Every week they said it'd be repaired the following week. Now the apartments will no longer offer a community washroom at all, so you have to pay $30 extra a month to rent a machine or do your laundry off site. Great experience!
August 3, 2017I lived a year here and I loved it. It was a great area, great apartment and a straight line to GA State campus. Everything worked perfectly and it was really clean. The maintenance staff is also super nice and respond quickly if something does break. The management is also really professional and considerate, shout out to Steven for being awesome! We did have some bug problems maybe because we lived on the first floor, but it wasn't anything a can of bug spray and a vacuum couldn't take care ...of. But a warning to the light sleepers, the train runs right behind M Street, it is VERY VERY loud and it will definitely wake you up whenever it feels like it.Property Manager Responded

I love this community
June 20, 2017I have been living in m street for a year n a half and I tell you all this is the best move I ever made. All of the staff in the leasing office have been so helpful I have downsized to a different apartment and they have kelp me informed on everything I needed to know and moved me in a timely manner. I have never experienced Insects or crime since I've been here. If you are looking to move this is the community you need to be in. I love my apartment and the neighborhood my neighbors are friendly ...and I feel great coming home everyday with no worries of break ins and etc . The managers and the leasing staff are amazing ! They made me feel so welcome and I will refer anyone to move here ! Thank you M street for being a awesome community !!!Property Manager Responded

Too much crime and terrible customer service
November 15, 2016We just moved out and I've never been more relieved. A week never went by the entire year we were there that there wasn't a series of car break ins, apartment break ins or pedestrian robberies. No matter how much security they "provide"- it's still going to happen. The office is only looking for your dollar, not to give you a good living experience. Majority of the employees are very professional and accommodating. But unfortunately, if you have a problem or there is a miscommunication, there ...is no benefit of the doubt or way to fix it unless it in someway benefits them.
