I have lived here for 2 years and I am actively looking to live elsewhere. New residents below me are blasting music from 5::30 in the morning until nearly midnight to the point where it is shaking my walls and floor. Management will not act and Front Range Patrol has not made an impact. We have had multiple pipes burst in my building and neighboring buildings in the 2 years I've lived here resulting in multiple tenants being forced to move for 6+ months. the shown rent prices. Trash collection is inconsistent, management does not answer the phones or listen to messages left for the office, trash accumulates around the complex. It is fine, but I would not recommend this apartment complex in it's current state.
