Fantastic Property
April 9, 2018I lived here for a little over a year and very much enjoyed it! I sold my previous home and was looking to rent while considering future living arrangements and was having difficulty finding acceptable rental properties in Mankato that catered toward career professionals and adults instead of college students. M2 lofts was great and just what I needed! The management and maintenance team is very attentive and prompt, the building is clean and quiet, and my unit was modern with a functional and ...enjoyable floor plan. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! We ended up buying another home which was the only reason for moving out, otherwise this would have been a great long-term rental for me and I would've happily stayed! This truly is maintenance free living and the management team is willing to go above and beyond what any other building management team has in the past, and I have lived in my fair share of rentals. It was nice to have packages delivered straight to my unit, mail held while I was gone, and any maintenance requests taken care of within 24 hours. Kathy is always available nights and weekends via phone and works very hard for all of the tenants in conjunction with the building manager. A Great Place to Live!!
January 16, 2018We were among the first to move into M2 Lofts. We stays a little over a year in transition from our “big house” to retirement in another state. M2 Lofts was a great place to live. The location was convenient for us - both healthcare workers. The mix of people who live in M2 Lofts is wonderful. The amenities improved the quality of our lives but kept things simple. We used the exercise room regularly, and enjoyed hosting friends in the community room on several occasions.
