I lived in this apartment for years and saw 10+ people go through the front office staff. The maintenance here is great, but other than that, the rest of the staff is horrible and incompetent. Save yourself the thousands of dollars you would waste here and do no live here!!! They incentivize people with good reviews so be very careful when looking. I would absolutely choose somewhere else if you are searching for a new home in the area. The amenities are not well kept, the parking garage always ...

has break ins, the property manager is hardly ever here so the issues cannot be addressed.

I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. The manager is RARELY at the property and the rest of the front office is horrible at their job and very lazy. These apartments are way overpriced for what you are getting. The old manager (Lauren) was AMAZING! She spent so much time making this apt great and then the new manager has ruined it all over again

Never have had a problem in the 1.5 yrs I've been here. Friendly and responsive staff. Clean building with great amenities. Fun pool scene in the summer

Generally speaking, Acklen is a great place to live. Maintenance is always super quick in following up on requests. However, the noise levels can get a little out of control and it seems to take a small act of God to adequately address tenants who are excessively loud. Additionally, the garage gates are constantly broken and left open. The safety element is therefore often lacking.

Convenient location, great amenities (many of which go unused - so they're always available), easy parking, flexible lease schedule, pet-friendly (although this does bring with it the some of the downfalls: why do people not pick up after their dogs?), very quick response for maintenance issues. Front office staff leaves something to be desired, but you can manage mostly without them due to the user-friendly online platform. Definitely recommend!

Generally, Good. Primary minor nuisances seem to be constant malfunction of the entry/exit gates to the garage, malfunction of the coffee machine (or no cups available) and weak wi-fi in the fitness room.
