Overpriced Corporate Greed Robbery
September 21, 2024The people leaving this place positive reviews are delusional and the type of fragile people who tolerate everything because they're too weak to speak out about disrespect or dissatisfaction.First of all,maintenance UNLAWFULLY enters the apartment units with NO work order and without your permission for no reason other than to break in.They know no one is home and they do not have permission to enter but proceed to breech the unit anyway.They DO NOT care about residents privacy or ...security.Secondly these apartments are WAY OVERPRICED with tiny rooms,no trash pickup,paper thin walls that the slightest noise you can hear from neighbors below,behind and next door,disrespecful residents,low ceilings,no vents in utility room,cheap,generic cabinet quality and design and low standard make ready jobs for move in.If you care about your privacy and security from intruders in your home,DO NOT MOVE HERE!Property Manager Responded

Noise and Pests
January 11, 2021I had a terrible experience living here. You can hear everything in the apartment above you. Even if they got a phone notification! I had cockroaches and silverfish that I complained about repeatedly. They say they use a pest control company but I never saw one and when they supposedly sent them to spray my apartment, it was their own maintenance staff with spray. DO NOT MOVE HERE
December 16, 2019I've been a resident for almost 2 years and within the last 4 months I have had both my cars broken into, a person was shot in the building next to mine and just yesterday on 12/13/19 my truck was stolen from this apartment complex in broad day light! When I went to the front office and asked if they could check the cameras Denise (a leasing agent) said they had cameras in the front and back entrances and that they will do their best to look into it. After an hour of them looking into the ...camera's they then tell me that the camera in the back is not working and that have aware of this issue. No email was sent about the cameras not working and if they aware of this issue why wasn't it resolved right away?! They had no remorse for my situation and had an excuse for anything I threw at them. After about 15 minutes of arguing and yelling with the manager (Mary), she then had the audacity to tell me and my boyfriend that the leasing office nor the cameras were "not here for our security". She was rude and did nothing to deescalate the situation, instead she stood their with a smile on her face and gave an excuse for anything I pointed out to her about the complex. Like the gates that are never closed as they should be. They literally let anyone come in and out of the complex. (Dont see the point of a gated community) This is ridiculous because my truck was stolen when it was parked in a proper parking space and was registered on the signed lease contract. Not to mention someone was nearly killed about a week ago and they did nothing to assure our safety. If it wasn't for a resident contacting the news and reporting it we wouldn't have been aware of the crime as soon as we were. The front office is NO help when it comes to the residence safety. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone! Poor customer service and lack of empathy for their residents and have no care for OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
December 16, 2019The staff is very unprofessional. I went to their front office to see the apartments and the apartment manager was being rude to a resident. The apartment manager was arguing and yelling at one of the residents about their vehicle being stolen. The manager kept repeating how they are not there to “ensure the residence security.” The apartment manager stated that the camera for the gate were broken in the back and they have not got them fixed. The residents were upset about the situation and the ...manager did not do anything to de-escalate the situation. There was also a shooting that occurred in the complex about two weeks ago and a resident was shot in critical condition. The apartment manager kept stated that the shooting was a personal incident that occurred and that they weren’t going to do anything improve the security. The apartment gates stay open all day long anyone can enter into the apartments at anytime. There has been tons of car break ins and residents valuables taken. The apartment management have done nothing about it or tried to prevent it. Now vehicles are being stolen. Do not move here it’s not a safe environment and the management are doing nothing to change it.Property Manager Responded

June 7, 2019We have been living at this property for 2.5 years. Staff is nice. A quiet place to live. We have a dog and love that they have a lot of property to walk with him. We have had problems with other residents not picking up after their own pets. With a lot of poop. We also have had problems with mold in our apartment, The management staff is very quick to get the problem cleaned up and fixed the proper way.
