So we moved here from Richardson from just an awful apartment with terrible management. So by comparison so far we really like it, we moved into an apartment on the third floor and it did have a few issues but maintenance was responsive and super courteous. Fixed the few minor things we noticed. The front office has been responsive and just really nice to us. Answered all our questions and rushed to get us in. balcony. We are a small family with a infant and feel safe enough to walk around the property at any time with our little family. The area around is really nice too. If you’re looking for a centrally located area with plenty of parks and things the do this is the place to be. We are super happy we got in here for a decent price because I’ll be honest from the outside driving by it looks super unaffordable. Grounds are kept really well, I guess the only complaint I have is some dog owners don’t pick up after themselves. But that’s not really a ding against the property some people just suck. Overall great place to us so far!
