DO NOT MOVE HERE
March 31, 2021I lived there for a year, the gate doesn't work, maintenance doesn't ever do their job. I had a broken AC for months and mold spilling through the wall behind the AC unit it was absolutely horrible and it still took them months to come and fix it and clean it. The roach problem is horrible plus everyone walks their dogs without leashes and there's poop everywhere outside no one picks it up. I have never lived somewhere so disgusting in my entire life. There's always police here for somebody it ...was a nightmare. a suspect ran through our complex one night and police caught him right outside my window I was literally in shock. Please do not move here, you will regret it instantly !!!!!Property Manager Responded

“Gated” property
February 26, 2019There are gates at the entrance/exit of the property, but they have only been working for approximately 2 days of the 8 months I’ve lived here. Concerns brought to management are not addressed in a timely manner, if at all. This is my first lease with The Paddock Club and will most definitely be my LAST! Too pricey for a neighborhood with lots of unruly neighbors, a lack of safety and receives regular visits from the police. STAY AWAY!Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2015The Apartment I live in is a place you can call home. I have a five year old daughter who also loves living here. We feel safe and important when home or if in need of maintenance. A couple of times I have had to call a request for maintenance in my apartment and the service has always been wonderful. They are quick to complete my request along with following up to making sure I am satisfied. My daughter and I also enjoy the pool area and the playground where we have met friends and neighbors.
