Lived here for 14 months. I have advised everyone I know looking for apartments in the area to steer clear of this place. Staff was great in the beginning, but services declined quickly, though maintenance was decent and timely enough. However, there were repeated incidents where we needed to call the on-site cop and were either hung up on or the call was never answered. The walls and floors are INCREDIBLY thin. paying rent. They consistently banged around blasting music until 4am, had domestic fights that involved screaming and the breaking of items, threw food onto the sidewalk, peed off the balcony onto our balcony while my roommate was sitting out there, and more. The front office did nothing about any of this. There is also sooo much trash thrown off balconies into the area in the back by the railroad tracks. Such an eyesore and no one was ever held accountable for it. Valet trash was also consistently not picked up, leaving the hallways smelling terrible. Overall, not a great place to live. Only good thing about the apartment was the price, but I can see why now
