Having lived previously in a luxurious apartment in the same neighborhood, I was honestly surprised to see the quality of all the amenities this apartment has to offer.
The cyber cafe is great for getting some work done. There's free coffee and even a gift wrapping station (It doesn't seem very useful, until you need it!)
The gym is phenomenal and largely free. You don't need a separate gym membership if you are looking for a place to do your regular routine.
And of course, the outdoor and
...indoor lounge is a great space!
Overall, the whole place is very spacious, clean, and well thought-out. I love to have friends over.
Of course most importantly, the apartments themselves are very nice! I lived in a Vivint Smart home. Connected with my Google Home Mini, I could voice activate my lights, unlock and lock my door via my phone, and control temperature!
The kitchen is spacious and stocked with the newest appliances, but a fair warning, I lived on the 2nd floor at the corner of the building and could hear people in the dog park and the train pretty loudly. But it didn't bother me too much.
Lastly, the maintenance team is phenomenal, they are punctual and know how to do their work, trash is picked up Sunday-Thursday without fail, and the office has largely been very accommodating and speedy in their response.
If you are looking to stay in Midtown, this is the apartment to be in!
