Deceptive and misleading
December 14, 2022This property can not be trusted with your refunds. Predatory and crooked application process. Beware, you will think you qualify and apply, then they will take your deposits and application fees. I just lost $150 in application fees. I recently applied for a 3bedroom apartments at MAA, and was told that I was conditionally approved. Therefore, in order to move in, I would need to either provide 2 x the rent at $6000 refundable at the end of the lease term, or $3000 non refundable. I was very ...surprised to be conditionally approved, as I’ve always been fully approved without conditions at other apartments. My credit history is good and without any debts unpaid. Also an excellent rental background along with a strong and steady financial backing from my current employer. When I reached out to the staff, they told me that the computer system makes the decision and they don’t know the reason why I’m conditional. I asked to speak to the manager numerous times, but she was never available. Poor customer service…Very disappointed.Property Manager Responded

Poor Maintenance, Over Price and Run-Down Community
January 5, 2022Management doesn't care and there is always trash laying around the grounds cause tenants can't put their trash in the dumpster. Maintenance does patch work and hardly ever replaces items that need to be replaced. People do not pick up after their pets and not is done about it. The parking is bad cause people run Maintenace shops out of their garage or have work vehicles or more than two vehicles. For the price this place shouldn't even get one star. Water and Sewage bill is over charge, and no ...one can tell you why.Property Manager Responded

I am in love with this property!
October 1, 2020My leasing consultant was Sherece. Sherece helped me find a beautiful and spacious one bedroom apartment. She has went above and beyond to make my move-in as smooth as possible. I have lived here for about two weeks and I have fell in love with the community already! It is so quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. There is so many amenities here and the mall and restaurants are literally less than a mile away. Great Office Staff and Maintenance Crew
July 6, 2018I lived here for 2 1/2 years before moving out of state in July 2017. Prior to that, I was a homeowner, so was leery about renting again. My townhouse was roomy with 2 levels and a garage, so I had plenty of space. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and with a smile, and the office staff was great as well. I can't say enough about Carol - she is so friendly and customer focused and I wish I could have brought her with me! I also had good experience with the rest of the staff, ...including Miriam and Crystal, and another gentleman that worked there whose name I didn't get. Since leaving Florida and renting a new place in California, I'm reminded of how much a bad office staff can negatively impact your life, which makes me even more grateful for the care I received while living at Preserve at Coral Square.Property Manager Responded

September 5, 2015I looked for an apartment for 9 months and found the one I am currently in. I love almost everything about it. The grounds are beautiful, the kitchen is stainless steel and the design is wonderful. 1 bedroom downstairs, 1 bedroom upstairs so there is privacy for guests. The only issue, is that I would have liked a small closet for miscellaneous items such as a vacuum, etc. Other than that, I am happy. July 20, 2015This is a good apartment complex for those who love the feel of a resort without the price. Set in a gated community, the complex, dubbed The Preserve, features three pools that can be made into your own private oasis with pre-planning, several bbq grills, a fitness center, several springs, and nice, green lawns.
