This place is 100% awful
October 2, 2024I have nothing good to say about my experience here, other than it's cheaper than other places. Sounds like I live in a war zone 12 hours of the day because of the construction that's been going on for mouths right outside my bedroom window.... the constitution they told me wouldn't be happening during my lease duration.... the construction that they do not give tenants any reimbursement for interrupting their livelihoods for MONTHS. Not my first MAJOR issue with them, just the most current, I ...can't wait to leave this place!Property Manager Responded

November 11, 2023I was transferred to Charleston three months ago. After looking at several locations and not being very happy, I pulled into Cypress Cove and loved it instantly!!!! It's quiet and clean here. The front office staff are professional and friendly especially Hannah who made my experience easy and welcoming. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and efficient. The pool and workout center are beautiful. Dog friendly and most residents clean up after their pets which is nice. Located across ...from a park and police station right down the street. If you are looking to move here check this place out..... Love it here!!!!Property Manager Responded

Annoying
October 27, 2022Moved in not even a week ago and they were paving the property, the management team told me that my area of parking wasn’t being paved until the following week and I had nothing to worry about but when I went out to my car one morning it had been towed not only towed but dragged across the parking lot since I drive an all wheel drive vehicle. Beyond unimpressed with the complex at this point since they are making me pay for the tow bill. I was home all day and they could have just asked me to ...move my vehicle. No accommodation whatsoever to the fact that I just moved in and know nothing about the paving.Property Manager Responded

It’s a trap DONT MOVE HERE!
July 5, 2019This apartment complex has the absolute worst customer service in the office. They are extremely rude all my neighbors cannot wait until their lease is up it’s like being in jail you’re counting the days till you can get out of here. The only time they are nice to you is when they’re trying to coerce you into signing a lease heed my advice run do not move here or you’ll be counting the days till you can get out like the rest of us.Property Manager Responded

February 2, 2018They will basically let anyone move into this development. People coming home at 3am blasting music, waking up at 5am and making their car alarms go off to find their vehicle. Parking isn't assigned or numbered, wasps nests in all hallways, hallways disgusting and power washed once, maybe twice a year. Ridiculous fees for month to month and basically $4000 to break your lease no matter how many months left on it. This should be a halfway house and not labeled a community. Long Term Satisfied Resident
February 16, 2016I have lived here for seven years and love this apartment community. The atmosphere is friendly and the community is safe. I love that West Ashley Park is walking distance away and there are hidden paths that take you right to the middle of the park. The upgraded clubhouse has a nice workout and community center areas with Wi-Fi and plasma TVs in the gym and office and the pool is awesome. The apartments are roomy with an open layout and the gas fireplace provides warm ambiance during the ...fall and winter.
